Return policy

We don't make it difficult to return a product, this is always possible provided you have not yet broken the digital seal. We would like to explain how it works.

All of our software can be tested for free. During this trial you can install the software on your  device and test if everything works to your liking. You can choose to skip the trial phase, but remember the following:

  1. The moment you retrieve the license from your account  We'll assume that you've tested the software
  2. With the button “Retrieve license key” you take the license in use and after this it can’t be returned.
  3. The moment the license key has been retrieved from your account we won’t be able to check if it has been  used or will be used in the future. After this it won’t be possible to return a product anymore. In technical terms (based on Dutch legislation); You have broken the seal in conform with BW 7 art. 46d lid 4c. In accordance with the Dutch and European law, your return right has therefore expired. For more information see: European Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16 i. and (NL)  BW 7 art. 46d lid 4c. Your return right will expire after 30 days as well.

We guarantee that the license works! Any issues with the activation? If so, you’ll receive a new license key from us. 

If you bought the wrong product by accident or you want to return a product, as long as you haven’t retrieved the license key from our website, then use our return form. We’ll process your return request and in most cases we’ll be able to process it the same day. After your return has been accepted  you’ll receive a full refundwithin 10 workdays (14 days) Heads up: If you paid through PayPal or credit card, you’ll receive payment through the corresponding channel. We’ll never refund an amount to a different bank account or through any other payment method.

The Entrepreneur (2GO Software UK UK) will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the Entrepreneur fort he returned product, without delay but within 14 days from the day on which the return request has been processed. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with the refund until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.

Business returns
Business purchases are not covered by the distance-to-distance law and returning them is a different procedure. For many business purchases, we often offer a free trial period to test whether your system meets the minimal requirements. You can also check whether the installation might cause technical problems on your system(s). You can request a free trial version via service [at] Your order is a definitive order with payment obligation. Returning business purchases is not possible. Business purchases are also excluded from the right to assistance with installation.
